ORDERING & PAYMENT

Q: How Can I Order the Items on the Website?
A: Ordering is very easy on Baby-mel.com. You can place your orders by:

1)      Online Shopping Cart

 Note: If you do not from us within 48 hours, please feel free to call or SMS us.

Q: How & Where Can I Make the Payment?
A: We currently accept payment directly into our Maybank account. You may conduct an
Internet transfer/ATM deposit/Cash/Cheque Deposit at Maybank counters.

Q: How are the Payment Procedures?
A: Please refer to the following steps:

1)      After your orders are confirmed, please make payment to the above bank account within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled.

2)      After you have made the payment, please e-mail us your complete payment details (date, time and amount) for our verification. Also, don’t forget to save your receipt as reference.

SHIPPING METHOD

Q: What are the Delivery Options available on Baby-mel?
A: Baby-mel.com happily delivers to you no matter where you are located! We currently deliver within Malaysia and also internationally. We provide the options below:

1)      Within Malaysia

We ship our parcels using Pos Laju Courier Service and Registered Parcel Service. Also, air mail and express mail is available upon request.

 

2)      International Orders
We deliver to anywhere in the world via Pos Malaysia registered air mail or any other courier services.  Let us know your preference and we will advise you on the charges accordingly.

 

Q: When Will I Receive My Package?
A: In general, you will get your package between 3 to 4 workingdays after payment.  

Q: What if I Didn’t Receive My Package (Lost Mail)?
A: We will not responsible for the loss parcel, however we will handle the matter and trace the order on behalf.

 

Q: How Much are the Shipping Rates?

A :For the Postage, we offer member a flat rate do refer to our member benefit column. We use Pos Malaysia Registered Parcel & Pos Laju Courier Service (Delivers to West Malaysia, East Malaysia and International).

Also, our online shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping rates depending on your location.

For domestic insurance/registration, please add RM2.00 for every RM100.00 insured (This is Optional

For international registration, please add RM4.50 for every RM100 insured.

Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Do You Provide Any Extra Services with Shipping?
A: We certainly do! Gift paper wrapping is available FREE upon request. This will be an excellent opportunity to deliver gifts to you loved ones. However, there will be an extra charge if you request for gift box packaging.

Q: What if I Decide to Cancel My Orders?
A: We are extremely sorry to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered.  You may however arrange for an exchange after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Q: Can I Return or Refund the Items?
A: We regret to inform that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. However, we will gladly accept any request to exchange the items provided it is made within 7 – 10 working days.

Q: What If I Would Like a Exchange the Items?

A: All exchange requests and transactions need to be confirmed with us either by e-mail or telephone. Please refer below for our policy.
