Returns & Exchanges Policy

The following terms and conditions apply:-
-    Items requested for exchange must not be worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
-    Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, and with re-sealable condition.
-    Discounted / Best buy and special priced items are not eligible for exchange and return.
-    Items to be exchanged should be sent to us at the customer's own cost. You will have 14 days upon receipt of the product to organize the return of the item back to us.
-    Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
-    There will be a 15% restocking fee which will be applied for return and exchange items.
-    Your refund in store credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s), deducted with 15% restocking fee. If you purchase the items with free shipping, your refund in store credit will be the purchase price deducted with 15% restocking fee and include shipping fee.
-    Re-shipping charges for the exchanged item(s) will be applied to the customer.
-    For replacement requests, its value must be the same or greater value than the returned or exchanged items.
-    We regret to inform that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during your exchange shipping process. Please ensure the returned items are properly packaged so they do not get damaged in transit, and also register/insure them if sending is done by normal post.
